I want to express my excitement for the Artifism chatbot embedding. "Is Amazing!" I’ve been advocating for this feature from the beginning, so I truly appreciate your patience and attention to our ideas.
To further enhance the value of the Artifism chatbot embedding, I believe adding the following features would be highly beneficial:
  • Main Menu: Pre-selected quick questions or tags/keywords buttons with quick reply options to guide users from the start
  • Seamless handoff of conversations to a human support agent.
  • A system for capturing and managing customer leads, with initial questions (email, name, phone, etc.) to support follow-up, understand client needs, and schedule appointments.
  • User tracking based on IP addresses to identify the city and country
  • Ranking of the most frequently repeated keywords or question.
  • An FAQ section for common inquiries
  • A contact form section for more detailed requests or support needs or schedule appointments
  • Limits on questions and conversations per subscription plan
